Whether you have spotted an out-of-date bonus figure, want to know why a casino sits where it does in our rankings, or represent an operator with a question about coverage, this page explains how to reach us and what happens next.
Email the editorial team
Write to [email protected]. Messages go straight to the editorial team and are read by a person rather than filtered by software. We reply to most emails within two working days. Corrections to live pages are prioritised and usually handled the same day.
Put the subject of your message in the subject line, for example “Correction: welcome bonus” or “Question about ratings”. It helps us deal with it faster.
What to include
| Type of enquiry | Please include | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| Correction to a review | Casino name, the page URL, what is wrong and where you saw the correct detail | Re-check the operator and update the page, noting the change |
| Question about our ratings | Which casino and which score you are asking about | Explain the checks behind the score, as set out on our About Us page |
| Suggest a casino | Site name, licence details if you have them, why you think it deserves a look | Run it through our standard test sequence before any decision |
| Operator or affiliate enquiry | Company name, the brand you represent and what you are proposing | Reply with our editorial policy. Rankings are not for sale |
| Press or research | Publication, deadline and the topic | Answer where we can add something useful |
What we cannot help with
We are a review site, not a casino, bank or regulator. That means we cannot:
- Release a withdrawal, unlock a bonus or verify your identity with any operator
- Settle a dispute between you and a casino. The operator’s support team is the first step, and its licensing authority is the second
- Add you to, or remove you from, the GamStop register. GamStop is an independent scheme and handles its own requests
- Give financial, legal or medical advice
If you are chasing a casino for money it owes you, send us the details anyway once you have exhausted its own complaints route. A pattern of unresolved complaints affects whether a site stays in our rankings.
If your message is about gambling harm
If you are writing because gambling has stopped being enjoyable, for you or for someone close to you, say so and we will point you to the right support. The National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day. Our Responsible Gambling page lists further services and the account controls that work outside GamStop.
Before you write
A few common questions are already answered on the site:
- Current offers, wagering requirements and payment options for each casino are on its review page and, ultimately, on the operator’s own site, which always takes precedence.
- Our ranking method, scoring weights and funding model are explained on the About Us page.
- The full list of casinos we currently recommend is on our non GamStop casinos UK homepage.
